CPL Summer Championship

The CPL have tonight released details of the Summer Championship to be held at the familiar site of the Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine, Texas over the time period Wednesday, July 6 to Sunday, July 10, 2005. This will be the location for the USA leg of the World Tour playing Painkiller. $50k is up for grabs at this event and it is bound to be popular.

The CPL have set a price tag of $100 entrance fee for the event but have reduced it to $50 until December 31st. Its worth signing up ASAP if you are sure of going along.

3rd wave of Ritual DM Maps

The chaps from Ritual have provided a 3rd wave of maps for the community to try out and feedback on. You can download the maps from the CPL FTP.

FNATIC announce Painkiller Team

fnatic.com today released details of their Painkiller team for 2005. Joining Vo0 is Gopher, Gellehsak and Toxic. All of these gents are well known in the FPS world as top players from their respective backgrounds. With this line up, Fnatic puts itself out there as the benchmark team to be beaten.
